I wore this out thinking it would be fine for a quick walk in light rain, but it soaked through way faster than I expected. After it dried, the material felt a little off too. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t really trust it as outdoor gear in wet weather.

I ordered a shirt and the print looked alright when it first showed up, so I was kinda hopeful. But the fabric felt thin right away, like not the nicest material or anything.

After just one wash, it started losing its shape a bit, which was disappointing. Shipping was totally fine, so it wasn’t a complete mess, but for what I paid I expected better. Probably wouldn’t order again...

I had a hard time following the instructions on Tougher Than Tom. Some parts made sense, but then other steps felt like they were missing something, or not missing, exactly, just not explained well enough. I kept going back and rereading the same sections and still wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it ended up being more frustrating than helpful.

I tried to place a reorder the whole thing was a mess. I couldn’t tell what was going on, the updates weren’t clear at all, and I ended up waiting way longer than expected. Like, how is a simple reorder this complicated?? Definitely not something I want to deal with again.

I tried to return my order it turned into a whole mess. I emailed them, but the replies took forever, and when they finally got back to me, it kinda felt like they were just giving me the runaround. I'm still waiting on my refund, and it's been way longer than I expected. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my experience wasn't good. I wouldn't order again unless they seriously fix their return process.

My order got here in a totally smashed-up box, and the tape was already peeling off halfway... The stuff inside barely seemed packed properly at all?? i was annoyed when I opened it!!!

I tried using it but got lost fast. I couldn’t even find the thing I needed, and after clicking around for a while I just gave up. Maybe it’s there somewhere, but the layout is just too cofusing for me.

I just didn’t feel comfortable using this around my pets or kids, and that made it hard to trust. I’d rather go with something that feels a bit safer, especially, in a busy home.
